Children's Village Opportunity Children's Village, a ministry of Lutheran Social Services, is located on the campus of Lutheran Life Villages and provides affordable day care for families with full-time child-care needs. To offset the cost of these supplies, the Emmanuel Book Club Growth Group will be collecting books and CD's for their 2nd Annual Book and CD sale to be held on Saturday, September 6th and Sunday, September 7th. Please bring your books and/or cds to the church and place them in the box located in the Welcome Center. These items are to be provided by the parents and they pose a financial hardship for many low income families at the school. The location offers unique opportunities for intergenerational activities.
